I’ve created strategies, established and nurtured partnerships, developed programmes and mentored individuals. 

Recent and current work includes:

Chaired and co-created Schools Re-imagined with engage. We explored how to work with the current and pressing issues for schools and young people through arts methodologies.

Researched and developed a learning resource on Listening to Children for The Mighty Creatives, with a particular emphasis on schools and working with younger children, integrating non-verbal processes.

Facilitated an inclusion development plan for Arts in Libraries, building on Arts Council England’s Investment Principles.

Programme Strategy development at the National Football Museum

Facilitated Programme Evaluation for Liverpool Biennial.

Strategic planning on Hope Streets – a museum development programme focused on young people; partnership development focused on Early Years partnership with MMU; and facilitated Global Curiosity – a European arts education network – all with Curious Minds.

Developed CPD with A New Direction, focusing on new ways for arts organisations to work in partnerships with schools, with a particular emphasis on developing stronger relational practice.

Chaired and co-created to ‘You’re On Mute’ for FACT Liverpool, exploring what we are learning about how to work with participants online.

Mentored artists who want to work with young people for Theatre Porto, The Lowry and Heart of Glass.

Other organisations include the Wellcome Collection, Culture Warrington, Tullie House, The Atkinson, and Lancashire Music Education Hub.
